About Me

Hello,
I'm a german history and theology student, currently located in Münster. I've lived in Jerusalem and Lyon, and I love to travel and explore different places and meet new people.
Usually I travel via train and bus, sometimes alone, and sometimes with a friend.
I am a future schoolteacher to be, and so I am always enjoying learning new stuff, especially how to cook new dishes, and my secret talent must be that I can sing along to almost every Disney song .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, they say "you can learn more about a city through the eyes of people who live there" for a reason I think!
Since I'm all about meeting new people, I've always been enriched by the variety cultures and discoveries you can make on this planet. And yeah, here on CS you find such an awesome and open-minded community that makes the stranger feel less strange & more at home everywhere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a curious person I could tell you about so many stories of how I met some really special people, but here goes one:
On a Saturday in Jerusalem my flatmate and I were curious about the beautiful sound of a piano somewhere in our building. We wandered through the whole house until we found out that the pianist lived in the apartment underneath ours. Since he played so nicely we brought him some cake and thanked him for the beautiful music. He was really surprised that anyone even bothered to listen to his work that he then invited us spontaneously into his apartment and we started a fun musicsession together! We spend the whole evening together, cooked and sometime somehow became friends.
