I am a law student at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I have another degree in ‘International studies and modern languages’ at Quebec City’s Université Laval.

I really enjoy travelling and getting to know new people, cultures, activities, languages and so on. I have a special interest in South America, and absolutely adore Colombia :)

I am a very social and open-minded person. I am open to meeting people from any nationality, sexual orientation, political point of view and so on, as long as there is mutual respect :) I consider everyone as a potential new friend :)

I love to have a good laugh and I am a very smiley person in general :) They say that ‘a day without laughter is a lost day’. I’d say I live by this saying :)

I would also say that I love to speak and speak a lot. I really enjoy having long and deep conversations on pretty much any subject :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I really enjoy Couchsurfing as it facilitates meeting locals when travelling, and getting to live similarly to them for the time being. I’ve had the chance to meet entire families and develop meaningful relations through Couchsurfing.

Even if I am not always able to host travellers at my place, I am always more than happy to help in any way I can. Hit me up! :)

I obviously love travelling a lot :) As I mentioned earlier, I especially love South America (although I mostly know the northern part of the continent).

I am a very social person and enjoy getting to know new people from anywhere on Earth :) If you’re in town and want to go for a beer, please message me!

I am also interested in planes and aviation. I flew a plane once and absolutely loved it. I intend on acquiring my private flying license within this decade, but I have no intention to work as a commercial pilot.

I am also into history, particularly World War II. Therefore, I love watching any WWII movie I can get my hands on. Let me know if you have any suggestion :)

音乐、电影和书籍

I am kind of ‘stuck in the past’ when it comes to music. I am a big Beatles and Paul McCartney/Wings fan in general. I am also into the Beach Boys, Pink Floyd, Led Zep. I will enjoy most artists from the 60s and 70s. That being said, I also enjoy more recent music of any kinds, but I kind of lost track of new bands at one point in time so I am not up to date.

I must admit I really don’t know much about movies. I will enjoy one here and there but my knowledge is fairly limited – excepted when it comes to WWII movies… I’ve seen a lot haha!

I love funny series such as South Park, Family Guy, The Simpsons and so on :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Skydived three times. I saw a lot of rock and roll legends. I flew a plane on my own :) I went scuba-diving twice in Colombia and absolutely loved it! I also lived a year in Mexico and another year in Brazil, but still haven’t managed to learn how to dance haha!

I think I am a very interested person whose curiosity resulted in me having minimal knowledge in a lot of rather different fields. For this reason, I think I can hold interesting conversations on a wide range of subjects. In any case, I will always enjoy such conversations – even if we touch on subjects that I have no knowledge in whatsoever. I love sharing information and learning :)

I completed my profile in English only because I know most people can read and understand it. However, my native language is French. I am also fluid in Spanish and Portuguese. I’m not a language teacher per se, but I can help you learn any of these language or simply provide you with an occasion to practice or clarify doubts :)

Although I am not a 'fin connaisseur', I enjoy good wines and alcohols in general. I also enjoy great food, although I wouldn't call myself a 'foodie'.
