ABOUT ME

I am french environmental outreach worker on a working break who love to discover new things, new people. I'm not very good at describing myself, let's just say that it's easy to talk with me, I guess I'm quite open-minded so never hesitate to contact me, I would be very happy to chat with you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had couchsurfing experiance in San Francisco, it was just amazing! I also met couchsurfers in Tokyo.
I have hosted a few times here in France a few years ago and now that I have some free time I would like to do it again.

Intereses

I am very enthusiastic about sciences and I read a lot about climate and energy.

I have been heavily involved in first aid, volunteering with the Red Cross and completing an internship (Service Civique) with the fire-fighters, focusing on providing first aid assistance. I stopped last year to concentrate on volunteering and raising awareness about climate change.

I thoroughly enjoy playing video games, especially story-based ones like the Mass Effect trilogy or The Last of Us Part 1 & 2. I also have a penchant for strategy games such as Europa Universalis IV or Hearts of Iron IV.

I am a huge fan of Star Wars and Harry Potter, and I also love Disney.
I have an annual pass to Disneyland Paris and I would gladly come with you to the park.

Additionally, I derive great pleasure from listening to music (J-Pop, metal, etc.), reading novels (Game of Thrones, Wheel of Time, etc.), French/Belgian comics (Asterix, Les Tuniques Bleues, Yoko Tsuno, etc.), anime and manga. Of course, I also enjoy meeting new people!

Although I haven't played for a while, I have a fondness for playing Go (囲碁) and am always up for a game.

I volunteered in Cambodia for two month in 2014 in a boarding school for vulnerable childen called "Our Home".

I have a good understanding of climate change and energy. I also have some knowledge of physics, although not in the mathematical aspect.

I have experience in traveling that I can share, and I am familiar with both French and American culture (having spent some time in San Francisco).

Furthermore, I can offer my knowledge of the French and English languages, although I wouldn't consider myself an expert in English.
