I take an interest in nutrition, physiology, personal development and memory since a few years, and read many books on these subjects, so I can also teach you:

-Nutrition, what is good for your body, and what isn't. If you are interested in the principles of nutrition, the theory (which is very interesting), I can also teach it to you. So you will live in better
health and longer.

-Sport, how to lose weight effectively or gain muscle.

As for me, I'd like to improve my english and my polish. I am also interested in learning: cooking, dancing, drawing, massage.
