The magic disappearing cattle in the south of France. Don't know what that's about. My guess is that they're an ancient alien race that found the Pyrenees and decided it was heaven on Earth and that they would receive a lifetime of having their corporeal vessels pampered by country farmers in exchange for providing their means of sustenance.
