Overview
About Me
I am originally from Texas, but have lived in Mexico and Malaysia. I am the youngest of six children and we only had one bathroom growing up -- I know how to be tidy and share! My mom is Mexican so I learned Spanish by her yelling at me.
Important note: the number one question I get asked as an American when traveling is, "What do you think of Trump?" My response is, "he is an embarrassment."
I am open-minded, curious, and kind. I hope to meet people who share these qualities and expand my world and my heart a little.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and understanding new cultures. The best experiences I've had traveling have always been when I'm truly immersed with the locals.
I think cooking and sharing meals is one of the biggest joys in life. I'm also a novice surfer so I'd love to run into someone who can tell me about the local breaks.
