About Me
Hi Couchsurfers!
There's a lot that I can say about myself, but in a nut shell, I am a recent UCLA graduate where I studied international relations and media communications. I was a student athlete and participated typical American college activities such as a sorority, Model UN, sports, etc. Living in Los Angeles was incredible from driving to the beach before class to get a surf in, to running into movie stars, and experiencing the crazy night life... I studied in Paris for 8 months right before COVID and had the most incredible experience traveling to new countries on a student budget thanks to couch surfing. Now I have settled in New York City and work in a creative industry specializing in fashion and luxury brands.
I am extremely easy going, friendly, spontaneous, independent, and love to learn meet other travelers abroad. I'm a go-getter with a love for travel, being outdoors, all mediums of art, exploring different cultures, and of course meeting new people. I love live music and will probably dance to it and I'm always in the mood for a good party. When I'm not working I love to be at the beach, either reading, surfing, or swimming. I practice yoga, I box, and love a good pickup soccer game. I'm also an avid outdoor adventurer and you will find me hiking, bouldering, camping, backpacking, or doing water sports.
Sorry I’m unable to accept guests as I am looking for a new apartment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a huge inclination for travel and I love the opportunity of connecting with hosts who like to meet new people. I hope to discover local treasure and I am looking forward to the friendships that can be built on my travels. I hope to meet others who can share their city, culture, and travel experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to jazz, Brazilian music, R&B, hip hop, and alternative indie music. For movies I would have to go with Quentin Tarantino. It’s way too hard for me to choose just a couple of favorite books because I have so many!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to cook and would love to cook a meal for you (promise it won’t be a greasy American meal haha). I sing and used to play the alto saxophone in a jazz band so if you like to jam out with a guitar or any instrument I’m your go-to. I would be more than happy to share my American culture, language, what it’s like to be a student in the US, or share my experiences in Los Angeles, New York, Hawaii (my second home) or anything else of your interests!
