ABOUT ME

I grew up in the center of the United States as an only child in a large extended family. I spent four years at University studying history and philosophy, and recently graduated. Currently I am traveling in Latin America. I spend most of my time of different farms intending to learn new skills as well as more about the process of food from seed to plate. When I am not on farms I spend my time searching out the best places to sip a beer or a coffee, whether it be a cool bar or a mountain top. I think I have a good sense of humor (I think I am funny) and I love to laugh. I like meeting new people. I have a deep respect for good conversation and I walk really fast.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing, but I feel that the goals of the organization match my goals in life. I hope that through my travels I can be a positive influence in helping to expand understanding between different cultures.

Books: This side of Paradise, Main Street, The Rum Diary, Atlas Shrugged, Wise Choices, Apt Feelings, Kurt Vonneget novels.
Music:My music collection got stolen a few years back and since then I spend all my money of school and travel. I have some Bob Dylan records, London Calling CD and my favorite music program is American Roots.
Movies: Wayne´s World, The Great Dictator, Philadelphia Story, Platoon, Forrest Gump

Teach: I probably know more about normative theory than most people do. It wont take too much prodding to get me on the subject.
Learn: I want to learn new skills (especially concerning gardening and farming), whatever you can teach me, I'm interested.
Share: as stated I lack a music collection, so if we could listen to yours and I could jot down some of my favorites for my future life when I own an ipod that would be great. I also love sharing recipes!
