Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a novice in couchsurfing. Several times I showed foreigners my city and once we were visiting a wonderful family from Wroclaw.

We also have experience of independent trips (without tour) to Turkey and Georgia. On these trips, we did not contact the community of couchsurfers.

Interests

When I have free time I prefer sports (gym, swimming or bicycle), I can play chess on the Internet to listen to music or watch popular science videos on YouTube.
Rimma will rather choose a holiday in nature (in the forest or on the beach), can play the guitar or draw a few small sketches.
In winter we can go skiing or sledging. Or play with friends in billiards.

Music, Movies, and Books

In music we prefer rock, hardrock, jazz and classic. The musical tastes of Rimma are a bit wider) Scorpions, Pink Floyd, Metallica, Linkin Park, Nazareth, Garbage, AC/DC, Deep Purple, System of a Down etc

In a literature and movies I like thrillers and science fiction.
Nolan, Spielberg, Cameron - great directors.
Stanislav Lem, Ray Bradbury, Jack London, Riyard Bach - this is only a small part of the authors, whose books are able to impress the imagination

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

skydive, spending the night in a tent in the middle of Izmir, Crimean Hundred 2011,2012 (100km in the mountains for 3e days)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a businessman and an experienced camper, my wife is nail master. Her hobby painting, vocal and playing the guitar. We are always happy to share our skills.
I would like to hear from the hosts the history of travel and tell you about their trips.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are ready to give the owners Ukrainian friendliness, souvenirs from Ukraine, perhaps borscht cooked for lunch)
