About Me

I'm an introvert who came to pass as an extrovert, mainly due to my 6+ years activating in different NGOs, which enabled me to be more outgoing and learn from the interactions with all sorts of people. Yet, I still have much to learn, thus I still look to surround myself with genuine people with whom I can share positive thoughts and experiences.

That being said, I'm much more fun when I am not enabled by the format (which is very similar to a project application!!) to write semi-formal descriptions of who I am, what I want in my life and so on.. those things do change, in some respect, from time to time, and journals are not really my thing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I embrace alternative lifestyles, thus I try to embark on similar paths on my trips abroad, in search of people I can share a laugh or a drink with, or with whom I can connect.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've always been into music, starting with some good ol' fashioned pop music as a child, with a quick u-turn towards some rock music, growing old with punk and almost all the sub-genres that spawned from it, and recently becoming interested into dnb, psy and other electronic music. And I must say I really like the rhythm of the drums, though my last new-found passion is the sound of the didgeridoo.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not fond of 'teaching' per se, I prefer to share things and ideas with people (feelings too, but it may take more than a day or two to go on that path) and I try to learn from everything and everyone, as much as possible. But if there's something I can talk about (and know what I'm saying), it would probably be something about volunteering, campaigning and related stuff, as I've spent most of my adult(ha!) life in these kinds of circles. Also, I have a few other stories that for some reason share a common conscience-alterating substance (beer! I like beer!.. and stuff)
