ABOUT ME

hmmm. i'm in love with yoga. i teach it on the side of my full-time job to keep it in my life. spend my time circling up friends around good food, carrying my notebook everywhere incase there's time to write, painting on canvas, daydreaming of world hopping adventures, reading about food issues, running spontaneously, watching good movies, road biking, hiking mountains (or hills.. really just getting out into nature), camping (and hunting for starry skies), farmers market wandering, and soundtracking life (i'm always growing my music collection).

i've lived abroad in guatemala, india, and turkey and am always up for a new adventure. i have a serious travel bug. i speak french pretty well and some spanish is waiting in my brain to be used again. i have also hopped around a few us cities (philly, sf, dc and now here.. grew up outside nyc). i love roadtrips, especially if they involve playing lots of bob dylan and johnny cash (hoping the next one will be around glacier national park).
