Overview
About Me
I'm a teacher at an international school in Baku, Azerbaijan. In addition to teaching, I've also worked in journalism, construction, farming, and social services. Though I've spent most of my life in Oregon, I've also lived in Havana, Cuba, and Strasbourg, France. I grew up in Oregon. I like to take pictures, bake bread, and hike.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I got off to a great start surfing with James Skinner in Farnham. My stay with James and his family taught me a lot about warmth, hospitality, and what it means to take someone in. Since then I've surfed in France and Mexico and hosted a lot of people in Oregon and Qatar.
