ABOUT ME

Hi there, I've heard a lot about this project and thought I would find some like-minded travelers. I like to have an authentic experience in a city, so anytime I am free, I am willing to show off my city. Inversely I will never turn down a chance to see your favorite city spot you recommend.

I've studied political science in school but found a way to have many professions in life from being a chef to teacher to what I do now being an IT specialist. As most people I am here for a cultural experience and at times, I'm just happy to help anyone needing a place to stay.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy on life is to accumulate as much experience as possible for self-actualization and ultimately, happiness. I enjoy people that are somewhat of a Renaissance men/women.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think Couchsurfing concept is the way to go when it comes to our progressive nature. I feel like there are enough virtual outlets to get hooked on in the world, so an earnest travel, cultural exchange and a good conversation is something that's becoming less and less common - for this reason I think this project is rejuvenating something that i believe is important to preserve.

Also, fuck hotels, they are depressing, I'd rather sleep in my car.

Interessi

I have a lot of interests, some of which are: Soccer, Boxing, Cooking, Reading, Movies, Drawing, Art Museums.

Musica, film e libri

I love Michelangelo Antonioni, Wes Anderson, Jean-Luc Goddard, Roman Polanski, Mike Mills and many more directors. Beginners, Repulsion, Pierot le Fou are among my favorite films.

Music - Fleet Foxes, The XX, Thievery Coorporation, Beirut, Tame Impala, Spring Standards, Yeasayer, Angus and Julia Stone, Portugal the Man, Bonobo, Little People, Tycho, Alt-J and many more.

Books - Nausea, Master and Margarita, The Stranger, Possibility of an Island, The Sirens of Titan, The Giver, To Kill a Mockingbird and many, many more.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Got in to the backrooms of a Cincinnati Zoo and had personal play time with every kind of a penguin in the world!

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

I can teach/make some baller kimchi pancakes.
I can teach you some boxing techniques.
Of course we can do a language exchange or discuss literature.
