ABOUT ME

I'm a very easy-going man who loves to make new friends and learn from people and their cultures.
I'm not really into nightclubs or dance clubs, I'd rather have a walk with friends.
I love to travel and show Rio around
Languages is one of my passions, and I've learned quite a few, and intend to learn others. I worked as a languages teacher for many years and it was a great experience.
I work as a History professor at Rio State University. I love to learn about other cultures, to listen to people's stories.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once I was with a friend at a party, in Calabria, south of Italy. We were on the balcony. The night was dark and fresh, we were talking about our impressions on Mt. Etna, which stood right in front of us, in Sicily. Suddenly we heard a strong noise, and saw a red light in the darkness. It was Etna erupting a lot of lava! Only 2 days before we had been on the top of it!
