Hello! I am from Santa Cruz, California and will be traveling around Europe for a few months starting in March! I am an anticapitalist queer feminist, and my politics definitely inform my actions and intentions. I love singing, dancing, reading, hiking, hugging, goofing, making art, rolling around, and lots of other things too! I am very much a people person and would love to get to know you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard great things about couchsurfing from a number of friends! I hope to meet wonderful people to share ideas, songs, food, and experiences with!

Films: I haven’t been as into films as I would like recently, so please feel free to give me recommendations! My critical feminist glasses come on strong when it comes to watching movies, and I tend towards films that disrupt/subvert/play with the male gaze. I also like anything by David Lynch. And I love nature documentaries and melodrama.

Books: Ursula K Le Guin, Virginia Woolf, Angela Davis, bell hooks, Haruki Murakami, Foucault, Camus, Sylvia Federici, Margaret Atwood - I love reading about the histories of political movements, anything dystopian, feminist sci-fi, poetry, critical theory. Yeah.
