I am a comedian from Minnesota who just moved to Chicago. I just spent a month living in my car while I saved up money to go on a long long roadtrip to see the rest of the country. I like making friends and laughing and stuff. I play piano and drums. Let's jam!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm very new here... BE NICE! (I know it says 2010, but I only joined to give a friend a reference, now I'm at a point in my life where I could start couchsurfing myself!)

Currently traveling for a month to Portland from Chicago and taking our time to see everything we can in between with my friend Ali and need some places to crash. Looking for some cool people to share stories and travel tips and just general friendship vibes :)

Everything I do is about people and learning and playing and enjoying the company of humans. This is the most appealing thing about CS to me. Meeting people I would have never met otherwise and the memories and stories that go with that.

I realize people may not enjoy me not taking this part seriously... I suppose that's a good way to filter people who wouldn't like talking to me anyway...

I love this question!

I'd say one amazing thing I did recently was raising $3,000 so that I could pay the artists that I worked with (poster art, actors, tech people, WHOEVER) for a summer of comedy and fun shows instead of making them do shows for free and "exposure". I'm really proud of that and it makes me happy. Also, I worked up the courage to tweet at Bruno Mars once. He didn't respond :/

I have very little skills. All of my talents are in making people laugh and feel supported and good about themselves. Bruno told me I try too hard (in a dream). I think about that a lot.
