I'm 31 years old, and 41 countries into my childhood quest to visit every country in the world. I've lived in a number of countries - currently I split my time between living in Nairobi and doing the digital nomad thing.

I like to go to meetups or crash on couches with generous hosts if I'm traveling solo.

I've couchsurfed a few times for a night or two and have been to a few meetups in various cities.

Intereses

I love any music with a beat (any kind of house, hip-hop, techno, amapiano, reggaeton, and so on), rock climbing, trivia, chatting about politics and philosophy, and watching my favorite teams (Liverpool FC/the Dallas Mavericks). Vehicles are probably my main weird interest - I'm really interested in aviation and public transportation.

Música, películas y libros

My music tastes have evolved a lot over time. My current interests are mostly in classic African music and disco, together with modern techno, house and other underground electronic music. But I've definitely gone through hip-hop and rock phases, and always go back to Springsteen and Prince as my touchstones.

I don't watch movies or read books as often as I should. But my favorite movies would be No Country for Old Men and Hoop Dreams, and my favorite book is whichever one I'm reading at the time.

Going to Rwanda left the most indelible impact on me - if you host me, ask me how bizarre, terrifying and wonderful it is to have a developing country's military show you around their beautiful country for three weeks. Huge learning experience.
