I'm Alex and just like my profile I am relatively short and concise but i will one day soon get around to filling this out in more detail.

I work in the field of fashion photography and art direction for photography, film and publishing and started my own fashion and art publication in 2010 aimed to support emerging creatives from around the globe. (www.faintmag.com)

I LOVE to cook, mainly Asian cuisine but usually like to get a bit experimental in the kitchen, playing music occasionally (i sing and play violin), going camping with friends when i get the chance and wandering the streets with a good playlist to accompany me.

Ive been living in Australia for the most part of my life and am ready for the next chapter! Looking to move to somewhere in Europe (London or Paris at this stage...Berlin perhaps?) to pursue my career and to continue to be inspired and inspire those around me.

I am making the move in the next couple of months and dont really have a solid plan (such as...destination!) so am relying on couchsurfing and the kindness of strangers to take me in and make the transition all that more enriching and exciting. I hope to make some really great friendships along the way and like to think i have a lot to offer.
