About Me

Hi there!) My name is Olexiy (Alexey, Alex, Leha etc) and I'm 20. It's always a pleasure to get to know new people so I'm here to take that chance and give that chance.

I love hanging out just somewhere outdoors, search for a places I've never seen or been to.

I'm a big lover of a good conversation - communicating is the way I get my life energy. Ready to discuss anything with anyone :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and talking, Couchsurfing is the easiest way to connect those two activities - seeing something new and sharing the best you've got with someone. It's a perfect opportunity to make friends from all around the globe

To broaden mind - mine and yours - should be the purpose of people here

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz and blues will always do good, so as rap/hip hop will. But I'm still open for any tastes
No matter what music I'm listening to now SOAD is the best.

Favorite authors are Jack London, Jules Verne and Steven King. Poems of Alexandr Blok is what delivers the biggest emotional pleasure to me. Lately went into some political literature. Life goal/dream is to read all of the books from "Voyages Extraordinaires" cycle

Love any movies, except for horrors. My favorite are "Sunset limited", "Se7en", "Catch me if you can"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going upwards a mountain river in the river

Teach, Learn, Share

It would be pleasure for me to teach you some of my language - it's always a lot of fun to study language you've never heard. Also Ukrainian cuisine is something you should try - it's easy to manage;)

I would like to learn at least a bit of language, maybe how to cook some local food and definitely about a people and country. Impossible to visit a new place and not try to know how people are doing and what it's like to just live.

Countries I’ve Visited

Hungary, Poland, Spain
