ABOUT ME

I've lived in here in Burlington for the past 6 years, on and off. I've been flirting between the two worlds of nature connection/awareness/education and outdoor adventure and trying to find a way to combine these two seemingly similar worlds into a ball of inspired love, craft, community, good food and adventure!

PHILOSOPHY

life philosophy. hmm. my philosophy is ever evolving and changing as I continue to have more experiences, meet new people and continue to learn. I can really only put energy into things I truly believe in. whether that is work, play, relationships, etc. I am trying to live in a way that I am following my path, doing what I believe to be right and that which I also enjoy. I value community, relationships-both with people and places, wasting less and using natural materials. Striving to live in a similar way to our ancestors and reclaim traditional human knowledge that has been sadly lost through the last few generations.

I strive to find a way to make a living doing what I would be doing regardless of money. Money is a medium of exchange, not the end goal. Our culture has shifted such that we are so concerned with obtaining money, we have often forgotten what we are even working towards. I strive to never fall into this black hole and the pursuit of money as an end goal.

I strive to pursue what makes me happy, to listen, to inspire, to learn, laugh and love. To be alive.

Currently, in living where I do I am able to host passerby's and weary travelers. So grateful for this place, and am glad to be able to share it with as many as possible:)
