Practicing yoga and meditation (Vipassana). Expansion of consciousness is my hobby, new states are a trip into fears. I believe that life is needed in order to get pleasure from it and do what you want.

I study:

Yoga. For me yoga is when every moment of class brings pleasure that I call good occupation. Every day, something new.

Breathing. We were born and breathed no one ever explained how to do it right and what happens with time. But the fact that you can recycle any emotion with it, few people know how :)

Interaction with people. Bali is an island with a special culture, this is what attracts people with great experience from all over the world to live here.
