About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See as many places and meet as many people as conceivably possible. Also eat as much gelato as I can fit in my stomach. That too.

ABOUT ME

I love people. I also love learning languages and traveling, because it lets me meet new people. I rowed for my university and have a strong love for gospel music. That's pretty much me in a rather small and condensed nutshell.

PHILOSOPHY

I think we're on this Earth with some sort of purpose, and once you get half a clue of what yours is you should pursue it with everything you've got.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a lot, hosted a bit, every experience has been amazing in its own way. :)))

Interests

FOOD. Exploring cities, walking, rowing, anything outdoors. Music, playing piano. I like to sing even though my voice is comparable to the death squalls of a cat.

Music, Movies, and Books

How to Train Your Dragon is the greatest movie ever. I shamelessly used my little brothers as an excuse to go see it and it was totally worth it. I'm ridiculously in love with Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter, books and films, and I quote all sorts of movies with an alarming frequency. Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett are my all-time favorite authors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister and I hitchhiked across the Balkans this summer...definitely the most interesting part of our summer trip, especially when we got picked up by those Franciscan monks...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the piano, know a ton of camp songs from teaching English to Italian kids a few years back, speak English and sto provando a imparare Italiano (piano a piano). Love baking, love cooking, and I make a wicked apple pie. If you host me and we have access to some sort of cooking appliance I will make you pancakes! :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love making pancakes and baking chocolate chip cookies for my hosts!
