Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travelling around the world growing in knowledge, character and spirit. I want to learn about other cultures and religions and generally the way other people live their lives.
ABOUT ME
I am from a small town in New Zealand but when I finished school I had aspirations to expand my horizons. I first got the traveling bug when I was 14 and went on a school trip to Japan, and then at 16 on a volunteering trip to Thailand with Habitat for Humanity. When I left school at 18 I left for a ski season in Canada and ended up doing 4 ski seasons, 2 in Canada, one in New Zealand and a month in Argentina. My most recent travels have been around northern Canada and Alaska, Thailand and India. Some memorable experiences have been living on an ashram in BC, mushroom picking in the Yukon, seeing the northern lights, doing a road trip to the arctic circle, skiing in Argentina, getting lost in Japan at 14 years old, living on the street in Canada for 40 days, helping build an orphanage in Thailand, hitch hiking around the south island of NZ and blowing the wheel off a tractor trailer in Australia.
PHILOSOPHY
Be generous no matter how little you have you can always help someone.
