Hi, I'm Alexia. I'm a 23yo brazilian instrumentalist living in Philadelphia. Since moving to the US two years ago I've been versatile in my work through various collaborations with Jazz, Soul and R&B artists. Now focusing more in showcasing brazilian culture in bossa nova, mpb, afro-latino and tribal rythms.
Sharing the gift of music and the sounds of where I come from with people across the country, and eventually around the world.

Teaching English at a language school in Brazil and a Kindergarten class in the Middle East were some of the challenges that made me learn and grow most thus far. Through being a teacher I found a platform to inspire kids to seek knowledge beyond the culture of their hometown, by sharing my life experiences in living abroad and traveling.
