Hi, I'm Alexia. I'm a 23yo brazilian instrumentalist living in Philadelphia. Since moving to the US two years ago I've been versatile in my work through various collaborations with Jazz, Soul and R&B artists. Now focusing more in showcasing brazilian culture in bossa nova, mpb, afro-latino and tribal rythms.
Sharing the gift of music and the sounds of where I come from with people across the country, and eventually around the world.

I’ve been playing the guitar, percussion and songwriting for years so Music is definitely my focus. Teaching English at a language school in Brazil and a Kindergarten class in the Middle East were some of the challenges that made me learn and grow most thus far. Through being a teacher I found a platform to inspire kids to seek knowledge beyond the culture of their hometown, by sharing my life experiences in living abroad and traveling.
