About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Seeing amazing places, finding out about locals' lifestyles, making lifelong friends!

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Brazil. English is my first language. I got my undergrad in Brazil, in journalism, and now I'm getting a Master's in international business at Hult International Business School in Boston. I think there is art in everything... or that everything is art. I'm always thinking about how things feel, taste, smell, look, and sound, and making associations. I love hanging out with energetic, clever, kind, fun people!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to maintain a growth mindset.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Spain (Donostia, Madrid, and La Seu d'Urgell), Uruguay (Montevideo), Chile (Santiago and Valparaíso), and New York City. I also attended the Couchsurfing meeting in Boston every Wednesday night for about a year.

Interests

I like exercise, dancing, swimming, singing, being silly, growing, laughing.
I like genuine conversation, emotionally intelligent people, foreign languages, inventing stuff.
I really enjoy styling fashion and clothing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: The Strokes have been my favorite band since I was fifteen! Not obsessed with them or anything, but I definitely feel at home when I'm listening to them.
Movies: I really like Clueless.
Books: Siddartha.
TV shows: Key and Peele.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently saved the life of an African dwarf frog at a pet store.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share with you a bit about what I've learned on growing as person, if you like. I'm not directly affiliated with Buddhism, but I feel like if you have some of that sort of knowledge and insight, I'd probably be keen to pick your brain a little.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a bit of a character. I tend to make people laugh a lot. I'm an entertainer type. Unless I'm feeling a bit shy.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Chile, England, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, France, Spain, United States
