Being born in a small town midst the Alps I love nature and hiking. Where I come from we all grow up speaking four languages, which is an amazing thing and probably almost unique in the world. This definitely triggered my enthusiasm for learning even more languages, meeting people of different cultures and traveling around the world.
I studied Transport Planing and currently work as a Road Design Engineer in Leiden in the Netherlands.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to experience living with locals and learning about them and their culture in countries that are very different from the one I come from. In terms of hosting I am not often at home, but just send me a request and I will figure out something to make it possible for you to stay at my place. I want to give people the opportunity to spend a few days in the Dolomites to experience this fantastic place. If I have the time I may join you hiking on the mountains in the summer or skiing in the winter.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already had the opportunity to surf various couches throughout Europe and had a really great time with lots of friendly people. Couchsurfing is something really great which helps to connect the world and allows people to discover its varieties more deeply!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really watch a lot of films or TV series and some friends make fun of the fact that I've never watched some of the great films like as Star Wars. But I prefer to spend dedicate my time to other things. The main reason for me to watch films is to practise a languages, so I mostly watch films in French, Russian, Spanish and so on. I also watch anime in order to practise Japanese.
I like almost all kinds of music, except what is played in discos.
