Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have created my account now, because i must move from my home to the north of France, where i must meet a stringed instrument maker, with who i must learn this craft.
I don't know peoples in this place, that's why i'm logging here.
It's a friend who is member of "CouchSurfing" who told me to use it.
