Hi,
I'm Alexis. I'm 21 and in my third year of college. I am studying German and Business Management. I grew up in Wisconsin, which is in the Midwest of the United States. I am currently studying abroad in Marburg, Germany from March til July 2015. I'm excited to be able to use this time to visit new countries and also learn about the culture through the natives. I love animals. I have a Pomeranian named Pogo and a cat named Princess. I am also a non-smoker, but smoking doesn't bother me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested in learning the culture and I feel like I can learn more by couch surfing rather than staying in a hotel, where I won't learn about the culture or have many opportunities to speak with natives. I want to make the most of my studying abroad experience without breaking the bank.

Couchsurfing Experience:
So far I have only couch surfed once in Girona, Spain and it was a great experience.

Interests

I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, reading, listening to music and going to concerts. I also like to watch movies and learn new cultures and new lifestyles.
