Hello, hello! My name is Alexis, but I go by Lexi. I'm a girl who just wants to see the world and I'm taking my love with me!

I was born an American military brat in Idar-Oberstein, Germany and grew up in Mannheim, Germany. Due to this fortune of mine, I've been able to travel frugally around the world...but I'm not done yet. I just graduated with two degrees in Film and Broadcast Production from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I met my boyfriend in college performing on the same improv comedy team, and this year we decided to take some time off to travel. He's never left the country and there are places I still need to see. I have an insatiable desire to discover new lands and cultures and I'm happy to have someone to share this journey with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This summer my love and I are hoping to explore the countries of Germany, Italy, Spain and France by backpacking within eight days. We are ambitious, yes, but very excited. We're hoping to find some people in each of these countries who are willing to let us share their home for a night. We would be eternally grateful!

I'd also like to film our adventure and keep a book for people to sign, because documenting beauty is important to me.
