Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love making new friends and visiting unfamiliar places! I travel often but mostly for work, so I stay at hotels for often. When I travel for pleasure I prefer to do it through couchsurfing. I haven't had the opportunity to stay with too many hosts but the few that I have stayed with have become great friends of mine and we meet up whenever we're in the same city together.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love jazz, blues, funk, hip hop, tribal deep base edm, oldies, r&b, and instrumentals. I love strange movies that make me feel things through the visuals, story line and most importantly SOUNDS. Some of my all time favorites are Moulin Rouge, The Phantom of the Opera, Across the Universe. My favorite book at the moment is The Custodians by Dorothy Cannon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water rafting in raging rapids; rappelling down a waterfall; cliff jumping into the river all in one weekend in San Luis Potosi Mexico.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a degree in Culinary Arts and love to cook with others. I grew up cooking with my grandma and mom, so for me, cooking with others is bonding and beautiful.
