I'm an American living in Morocco as a volunteer with the Peace Corps. My husband, Toby, and I are English teachers, political junkies, big fans of food, and generally just looking for more chances to explore the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There's no better way to explore a country than to meet people who live there. I love talking to people and just hanging out, but I'm also okay not talking all the time. (I'm sure that's actually what everyone says, right?)

And in all honesty, as Peace Corps Volunteers, my husband and I don't have excessive amounts of money for travel.

I really like to cook! And I know how to do it fairly well - I'd be happy to make a few meals (American, Moroccan, or a lovely combination) to share!

Recently I've had to learn some Moroccan Arabic and would be happy to teach a few phrases.
