About Me

I'm a young 24yo guy with Cambodia and Lao roots. I currently live in Paris, not far from Disneyland Paris. I'm done with studies and currently work as in It engineer.

Last year, after my graduation, I've done a backpack trip in Europe with a friend of mine. Nothing was planned, we were living day by day, no knowing where to stay the next day, booking train tickets few hours before, it was quite of an experience haha!
Also few months after this backpack trip, I've done an US east coast backpack trip, again! This time, I've planned it a bit more as I've booked the airbnb flat and train ticket before! I'll will not detailed everything in this small description about me but maybe we will have more time to discuss about all those thing together :)

I think it is quite clear, I like to travel, to discover new things, to adapt to the local life! I've meet a lot of people from many countries and I like to talk about anything! Thus, I could have improved my English even if a still have this annoying French accent, which actually I like cause it make it more "raw".

Back to France, I regularly go to some meet-up to meet people and make new friends, hang out with all kind of people and make them discover Paris!

My philosophy is simple: meet people and make yourself better!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to discover a country is to live like a local people! By that, I mean to adapt to the local life, eat like local people, speak the local language... I think every culture is so interesting and worth to discover! I'm not interested on staying in a confortable hotel with room services, it is simply not my taste! That is why most of the time I go to airbnb flats, and hosts are mostly likely to give me some advice and stuff!

A friend of mine told me about couchsurfing, which I've never hear before! I like the concept, I think it is the step forward in integrating into a local life! It is actually what I really looking for and I guess/hope the local experience couldn't get any better :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed a Volcano in Bali at 5AM and reach the pick upon the clouds. It was an amazing experience, seeing the sunrise and surrounded by monkeys in kind of no man's land! The climbing last at least 2-3hours by it definitely worth it!
