About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I like to go on adventures and travel off the beaten path. I enjoy stories and talking with all types of people: I want to make friends all over the world.

ABOUT ME

I am a 23-years old medical student, living in Gainesville, Florida. I joined CS 3-year ago when I worked at l'Institut Pasteur de Lille in France. Since then, I have Couchsurfed through Amsterdam, Bavaria, Zurich, etc.- all with incredible experiences! I love the community on this site and the lasting friendships I have formed here. It has been tough finding the time to host with my coursework, but I'm hoping after I finish my training I will be able to host more and show people my own beautiful community.

Well, I love food- both cooking and eating it. I experiment with new recipes weekly and love learning new flavors. Some of my favorite CS experiences include cooking with +/- for my hosts :) I am a dancer and have been most of my life. I love being outside and active. Being outside in nature is the most relaxing and grounding thing for me.

PHILOSOPHY

"There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. You should be happy right in the here and now. There is no way to enlightenment. Enlightenment should be right here and right now. The moment when you come back to yourself, mind and body, fully present, fully alive, that is already enlightenment. You are no longer a sleepwalker. You are no longer in a dream. You are fully alive, you are fully awake. enlightenment is here."- Buddha
