About Me
Hello, Couchsurfing family!
After nearly 10 years hosting friends from all over the world through this platform, I’ve finally started my own journey.
First, I focused on getting to know my own country, Argentina, in a trip that took me 18 months.
Now I’m on my first round-the-world trip, primarily hitchhiking, slowly, looking to connect with people, their stories, and the things that make them laugh.
For many years, I worked interviewing people and writing to make a living. I try to express myself with creativity and good humor whenever I can.
I now write my stories on mepierdoseguido.com.
I really enjoy conversations: from those that might seem trivial to those that go deep. I’m not afraid to show vulnerability in a conversation if it helps me make a new friend.
For more about me, you can find me on Instagram @mepierdoseguido.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love making new friends.
Before I knew what Couchsurfing was, I used to look at tourists and backpackers, wondering what stories they had and where they were headed.
Now it’s not just that. I truly believe in what this platform stands for: real and sincere human exchange, with no other interests involved.
Since I started hosting travelers at my place, I’ve tried to make them feel at home. Now I believe it’s the best way to get to know a place: through the eyes of its own locals.
