I hate not knowing anyone in the place I'm traveling to. A city really comes alive when you can see it through a local's eyes.

兴趣

I love to play sports of any kind. Reading, watching movies, playing/listening to music are all wonderful. I am a man of diverse interests and tastes and can find enjoyment in pretty much any pursuit.

I listen to most music, read anything that looks good or was recommended by a friend, and watch any kind of movie (even the stupid ones, they sometimes turn out to be the most entertaining if you're ready to laugh).

I got stuck on the Palatine hill in Rome in the middle of a thunderstorm and decided to wait it out instead of leaving the archaeological park. After the storm passed, besides being soaking wet, I was rewarded for my persistence with a view of a double rainbow over the Colosseum.
