Overview
About Me
I am a history graduate from the University of Cambridge, currently taking some time out from work/career stuff and constantly looking to explore the world. Three years ago, I took a gap year between school and uni, and ended up living in Germany, as well as travelling around the Middle East and the US. Since then I have surfed as much as I can - definitely the best way to get to know people, as well as have lasting memories of the places you see !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Started couchsurfing in 2014, it was loads of fun getting inside knowledge on where to go and what to see/do, as well as just generally having good conversations with local people instead of just hanging about in boring hotels. Also the UK is really bad for just speaking English; always looking for the opportunity to practice foreign languages!
