ABOUT ME
I currently live on a converted school bus and am traveling the Americas with my friends. After hanging around the west coast we are headed back to New York to do some seasonal work followed by spending the winter in New Orleans. Thereafter we are headed down to Argentina!
I've spent the last 3 years traveling the planet ( India, Nepal, Sikkim, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia), working on organic farms, hospices, orphanages and other projects. I'm a big proponent of activism and human rights.
Otherwise, I'm a bit of a bookworm and love art exhibits, film, and a good beer. I'm also pretty passionate about food in every way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The kindness of strangers always bewilders me, especially while in a foreign land where neither party speak the same language. Last year while taking an overbooked two day train through India, after we had been assured several times by our host and other Indian friends that our wait-list ticket would be accepted, we found ourselves on a two day trip with no seat. When night came a few men playing cards and swigging whiskey who could sense my overwhelming fear of being kicked off the train in the middle of the night, offered us one of their own beds to squeeze into. Thereafter, anytime the conductor came around they'd shoo him off.
