About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to have as much fun, meet as many great people, and save as much money as possible.
ABOUT ME
Moved to Canberra from Brisbane in Feb '11 to start work with the Aus Government. If you decide to come to CBR, make sure you couchsurf... otherwise you probably won't get a taste of the great community here.
PHILOSOPHY
Make the most of your life. Have a go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As a thoughtful host and traveller.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As a host: I've made a couple of great Dutch friends, who stayed with me in Bris and then with my grandad later in Perth. I've met Swedes, French, Taiwanese, Indonesians, and Irish.
As a guest: I've walked through bush and stood on the edge of a wild ocean in St Helens, Tasmania. I also benefited from great, family hospitality in Hobart.
Interests
Learning and trying new things. Current project is getting into photography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sitting in a cave halfway up the side of a mountain in Seorak National Park, in a South Korean winter, sweat cooling & on my own with two monks and no common language, that was pretty amazing.
Going on a 4-day nature camp with a bunch of Indian high school kids from Bangalore.
Cycling through lush rainforests in Tasmania and New Zealand on roads that seem to climb forever.
Teach, Learn, Share
Willing to learn anything and everything. I can teach bits and pieces...
