ABOUT ME

Life is constantly being born and constantly dying. I'm trying to cultivate that steady presence as my life undergoes all its changes and evolutions. No matter how much I think I'm following my bliss, the question "What am I doing with my life?" enters in unfailingly.

Recently I've had a strong pull towards meditation. In my interactions with others I hope to deepen my own presence. I have a strong preference for stillness and quiet like never before. Let's cut away the fluff and get to the heart of the matter already. But also, balancing that inner calm with outer engagement. I'm striving to integrate the two.

No creo en creencia. Vivo encontrando mis propias limitaciones y trato de encontrar cada momento sin asunciones. No tengo la panorama del mundo, pero vivo tratando de construirla. Si creo en la bondad de cada persona aunque hay tantos horrores en el mundo. Para establecer confianza necesitamos confiar a pesar de riesgos y vulnerabilidad.

I am willing to part with most of my beliefs. I live knowing that I don't, and never will have the whole picture. But I crave the whole picture SOO bad! I believe in the goodness of people and am constantly trying to understand why the world is so awry. Do you know how that happened? I try to love those that bother me and learn how to sit with uncomfortable emotions.
