About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm rather optimistic. I listen more than I talk.
Don't like authority, people being on my back.
I like learning things, even if they're not directly useful.
I've been studying lots of things, literature, philosophy, foreign languages (doesn't mean I'm good for that !), and mainly history and geography... and I stopped in order to become a social worker : I worked with autistic teenagers and artists : in a shelter and with a rock band (called Astéréotypie, check this out https://astereotypie.bandcamp.com/ )
Then I moved in a village in the South of Alps... Still working with disabled people, sometimes.
In summer I work in mountain shelters.
I live between this village and Marseille where my love live.
Training to become a hiking guide.
It can be worth saying that I'm clearly not fond of racism, sexism, social domination, hierarchy.
So please, no racist/sexist/homophobic people, I passed the age of "discussing" with this kind of people.
So if you think you belong to one of these categories, please be kind not to send me a request, or not to accept my request
I like :
Dawn in winter
Climbing, walking, swimming, running
Bikes : riding , fixing and taking care of them
Sleeping into the wild
Forests
Cheese
Reading
Postcards

Interests
I spend my time discovering new musics and listening to them, seeing friends and making new ones, hiking , exploring cities to find odd places, writing, taking pictures , working with autistic teenagers, reading comic books, novels, books about history, social work, politics, sociology, psychology, autism, geography, travels, music and other subjects but it'll be boring if I list all of them, watching birds, drinking beer, climbing, running, going to photography exhibitions, learning new languages, demonstrating, walking in the forest, fixing my bikes and other ones, travelling and making new plans for travelling, cooking and eating.

Music, Movies, and Books
Concerning music, I have some kind of periods. I discover a style, an artist, I listen it all the time, then I stop, to take something else.
I have a wide range of tastes : punk, post punk, noise, garage, post or indie rock, shoegaze, French rap, some stuff in disco and funk, experimental, hip hop, folk, spoken word, exotic stuff, unclassified things, outsider music... and shame on me, 90's eurodance. Depends on my mood.
This said, what is often played on my turn table or headphones is : Godspeed you black emperor, Beethoven, The Smiths, Sonic Youth, Lou Reed, Kraftwerk, Bad Brains, Fugazi, Girl Band, Mogwai, Burial, old french rap bands.
Concerning books, when I meet a writer I like, I want to read everything of him or her. But it's hard because in the meantime, I discover another writer, and another, and I still want to read everything they wrote. Then I think till my death, I'll always have something new to read. I already have a long "to-read-list"
My favourite authors, in no specific order : Céline, Kerouac, Boris Vian, Jean Genet, Bukowsky, Virginie Despentes, Blaise Cendrars, Laura Hird, Zola, Zweig, Burroughs, Sciascia, Fante, Léo Malet, Daniel Pennac, jean-patrick Manchette, Arthur Rimbaud, Orwell, B. Traven, Hrabal, Jean Bernard Pouy, Albert Londres, Chester Himes, Copi, Larcenet...
I read a lot, I like meeting people who make me know writers I didn't know.
Books I loved :
- The Miserables by Victor Hugo,
- On the road by Kerouac,
- Harry Potter
- The castle by Kafka,
- Down and Out in Paris and London and Homage to Catalonia by Orwell
- L'Usage du Monde (The way of the world) by Nicolas Bouvier
- Journey to the end of the world by Céline
- Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain
- The death Ship by B. Traven
- Blast by Manu Larcenet
- Return to Killybegs by Sorj Chalandon
- Ten Storey love song by Richard Milward
- Bolaño and Laura hird's short stories
- Bandini by John Fante
- infinite Jest by D.F. Wallace.
I'm not a great film-lover. Not that I dislike cinema and watching movies, but it doesn't take a huge place in my life. But I like Stanley Kubrick, Wes Anderson, Jim Jarmusch and luis Bunuel's movies.
But moreover, I like discovering new and crazy stuff
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spend some life time with autistic people.
Trekking in the wild.
hunting auroras in Lofoten after hiking the mountains in snowshoes.

Teach : French, rolling cigarettes even if I don't smoke anymore, children funny games, opening a beer bottle without bottle-opener, juggling (the basis), probably something about autism, (at least my experience with autistic people) ,fixing bikes.
Learn : languages ! how to take care of my computer, playing the guitar (I'm such a crap !), how to make my own home-made alcohol, juggling tips, riding a motorcycle, cooking, sewing (I mean sewing well), gardening ecologically, cards games...
and probably many other things that I'm not aware yet that I wanna learn them...
