About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Travel South América. Meet people. Pick up languages. Work abroad. Learn Capoeira and Samba in Brazil. Tango in Argentina. Listen to forro.

ABOUT ME

Optimistic. Out going. Fierce. Fashionable. Cheerful. Interesting. It takes me awhile to warm up to people and be my complete self but I am always really friendly from the get go. Sweet. When I travel people often assume I am native or think I have lived in the place for awhile. I am a chameleon\adaptable....

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: It happened one night, Singing in the rain, Spirited Away, Brokeback Mountain, Blue is the Warmest Color, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Books\authors: Harry Potter, Isabel Allende, Books on Zen, Murakami, Kafka on the shore, The picture of Dorian Gray, Music: Nina Simone, Fiona Apple, Kelis, Amy Winehouse, M.I.A., Ms. Spears, FKA Twigs, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaking along the Maroni river in French Guiana at sunset through creeks etc.
Carnaval in Olinda. A colorful little town on a hilltop with ocean views, people celebrating at every direction.
A night out through all of London with friends, going to clubs, crashing house parties, birthday parties, my friend ends up breaking his tail bone, that part not so great but definitely memorable, dancing until are bodies numb, it was wild!

Teach, Learn, Share

Pick up languages as I travel. Learn new skills such as macrame artesanato. Try new things. Share my skills in being a good listener and giving good advice. Teach languages. I speak four.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A zen place to stay while visiting the enchanted place that is Pipa. Cleanliness. I like to keep my place tighty and expect my guests to take the same care. Vegetarian meals. Advice on the best places to visit. Orientation of the town. A studio close to the center. Two minutes walk from main street. Currenly I can only offer the floor with matress or a hammack to sleep. To single travelers as my space is small. A home away from home. Respect. Friendship.
