About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to find out if Europe is real. To find out if it is more real than the US ;)
ABOUT ME
I am extremely down to earth and comfortable with myself and existence, which is probably why I am always looking to explore wild possibilities new worlds, and new perspectives on this one.
I am friendly, warm-hearted, fun, creative, curious, and obsessed with honesty and beauty (which I think are very connected).
I am a filmmaker and an animator, among many other things.
PHILOSOPHY
"Existence" is without description, purpose, time or direction, existence simply is.
Experiencing "Life" is perception as a living thing. Cognitive perception is great for keeping the living thing happy. Using it to comprehend existence, is ridiculous, which is why I see it all as a giant beautiful joke. Feeling dwarfed by the unfathomable greatness of existence is what I consider god, it feels great, and it probably stems from a reminiscing over the comfort of infancy and having a mother and father who are not only your entire existence, but fill that existence with love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would love to have more participation under my belt. It's been a bit difficult arranging a hosting situation with my roommates, but I plan to as soon as possible. So far I've CS'd in Pennsylvania once, it was amazing. I am hoping to meet more amazing people and couchsurf through Europe. I will exchange my free-spirited, honest loving and playful attitude. At the least, I will do your chores and make you laugh, I promise.
I can't thank you enough.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I've CS'd in Pennsylvania once, it was amazing. I was completely blown away by the level of trust and hospitality that the woman gave me and my friend. It has really changed the way I feel about "strangers".
Interests
I am self employed as a filmmaker and an animator. I am also a bicycle mechanic, and a bit of a self taught engineer, and aspiring inventor.
Whenever I am not using my brain to create images, I am using my body, to run, jump (big parkour fan), and most of all dance. I LOVE to dance. I dance to anything but, my favorites are funk, electrofunk, swing, and dubstep.
I am certainly looking to see the wonders of the the world, but more importantly, I am looking to have real honest, and interesting adventures with people in new places.
