ABOUT ME

I am a 29 yr old hospitality service guy and have worked in residential care and restaurants for years. Since college, I have made an effort to travel as much as possible and had the pleasure of backpacking around many countries. Also I made a cycle and motorcycle tour around the states and Asia for a bit. I am currently saving for a trip in Asia and eventually back to south and Central America. I have lived in Portland, Oregon for the past two years enjoying some of the finest scenery and environments in the US (in my opinion).

For thrills I enjoy biking, backpacking, motorcycling, hiking, camping, wake-boarding, soccer, and rugby.
For relaxation I enjoy reading, chill music, stretching, meditation, yoga and walking.
For partying I enjoy concerts, arts and crafts festivals, bars, and pubs.

PHILOSOPHY

A man can only discover new Oceans if he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.

Once freedom has exploded in the soul of man, the gods no longer have any power over him.

We men find reality quite unsatisfactory.

Bicycled much of Atlanta. Backpacked in a Blizzard. Got my Arm Broken by the English Military in a Rugby Game, attended a number of music festivals, worked in a School of Autism and Hospice, Hiked San Francisco and Boston, went 21 countries through Europe and Asia- motorbiked through Vietnam
