ABOUT ME

Well... I just finished graduate school in ecology... Love nature in all of it's aspects... I try to balance out my life with physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually challenging activities! I'm quite calm natured, and love to engage myself in interesting conversations, and to listen as well...
Not quite sure what else to say, besides:
Let us enjoy the journey of life and not worry so much about the destination per se...

This is a great network! I've met some really nice and interesting people! I've had both the opportunity to be a guest and host, and just meet up for coffee... All great experiences I want to continue to have for many more years!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfed once in Copenhagen! Loved it! Great experience! I've also had the opportunity to host some people and show them around town!

Interessi

So many... love all type of arts! mostly painting and graphic arts! Love to watch movies (mainly international non-hollywoodish). Love to read... (I've been trying to tackle some classics) really enjoy eastern philosophy...
And on the more physical side, I'm really in to rock climbing, hiking, camping, swimming, and basically any thing outdoors... I also truelly enjoy to watch a good football (soccer) match!! Visca el Barça!

Climb the Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro! Watch a F.C. Barcelona match in Barcelona!! Hike in Picos de Europa, Asturias, 4 day hike at Maroon Bells, Colorado.

Teach: Portuguese and English; Ecology; Botany (specially Brazilian vegetation);. Geography (I've actually teached 6th,7th and 8th grades for 1 year); swimming.
Learn: drawing; painting; music; snowboarding; surfing et.
