ABOUT ME

My name is Alexander Udalov. I am from Russia. I was born in Omsk. I am a psychologist. I have been providing advice and teaching people how to manage themselves, their mood and their lives. I'm looking for new techniques that will help a person to know himself and be happy. And that is why I am running an experiment on myself right now.
I am living outside the former framework and schemes of my life. I am doing things I was scared to do earlier. I am traveling by hitch-hiking, sleeping wherever I can - beach, forest, etc. I am observimg my thoughts and meditating a lot. I write all my experiments in detail and, therefore I want to publish them in book form.
I traveled around the world in 2013-2014. I moved hitchhiking, without money, without a route, without clothes, without knowledge of foreign languages. It was an experiment. I studied fears.
