Interests

I really enjoy travelling (duh!), and since my trip to Thailand I'm even more fascinated about Asia.
I've been doing some Aikido classes, which have a very interesting philosophy.
I'm a beerholic, even though I prefer drinking one good beer instead of liters of some generic one (like almost every brazilian beers).
Getting to know other cultures (and cuisine) is something I appreciate a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

Regarding books, I read mostly geek stuff, like Lord of the Rings, comic books and graphic novels (Sandman is one of my favourites, along with Fables). As a matter of fact, I really don't find The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy that awesome. I also enjoy some brazilian and portuguese literature, like José Saramago, Fernando Pessoa, Guimarães Rosa and others.
Movies are to a great extent similar to my reading preferences: LotR, Star Wars, Star Trek (including the original series). But probably my most beloved movie is Monty Phyton and the Holy Grail.
And last but not least, I'm into rock'n'roll and some heavy metal as well. Queen, Rush, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Arctic Monkeys (the first 2 CDs), Iron Maiden and Metallica are all things you will find on my playlist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing sight was Koh Phi Phi (Thailand). Really nice place, with amazing food and cool people.
