Hi everyone! My name is Alex and I'm a student at Stanford University in California. I study a mix of Computer Science, Psychology, Philosophy, and Linguistics. I'm a huge people person and a fan of music, arts, and adventures! But I can also be more low key too and enjoy the simple things in life. I grew up in Israel and moved to the US when I was nine. I speak almost six languages: English, Hebrew, French, Spanish, German, and some Italian.

Random things about me: I come from a really big family (five siblings), I’m left handed, I looooove to dance (learning salsa and bachata but also into hip hop), I’m pretty much vegan, I’ve done graphic design since I was nine, I am obsessed with chocolate and hummus and boba and gummy candy, I play guitar and some piano, I recently learned to do the splits, and my favorite things in the world include exploring international markets, journaling, learning languages, and yoga.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I'll be traveling alone throughout Europe and would love to meet up with people! Would love to go out to bars together, get some good food, watch some foreign films / TV, or just learn more about your culture :)
