About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Settling back in to my hometown!

ABOUT ME

I created a couchsurfing account while I was travelling around Canada (in 2009). I tagged along with two Czech travellers (whom are now good friends) on a trip around Cape Breton and they asked their hosts if I could come along too.. After we split I used it on my own from then on! Plus.. all of the youth hostels were fully booked during the festival period! It worked out well and now couchsurfing has helped me out when travelling to random places and also helped me meet/host some cool people..

PHILOSOPHY

'sleep when you're dead!' / Karma / 'God helps those who help themselves'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't host at the moment but I can help out with any travelling queries or meet up in Southampton/the New forest

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Canada, Germany, England and the Czech Republic.

I used to host quite regularly when I lived in a shared house but for now I can't host unfortunately..

Interests

BMX, music/gigs, exploring, socialising/talking to people, travelling, having fun

Music, Movies, and Books

Whatever music fits the mood.. I love indie, rock, salsa, hip hop, drum and bass, reggae, bit of funk n' soul.. As long as it's sounding good.. I love discovering new music from radio shows and being in the environment ("shazzaming" in the back of taxi's in latin america for example while the driver sings and taps away at the wheel haha)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived being held on a military curfue in Kashmir for 3 days en route to the mountains. Also I went to Lima, Peru and didn't go to machu pichu. Amazingly stupid.

Teach, Learn, Share

Bmx, bit of photography and videography, amatuer british accented spanish, anything mathsy (did an engineering degree at uni)
