Hi I'm Alfa, an Italian 26years old guy who arrived in China in 2012. Since I came here I had a huge cultural shock, but as most foreigners who live in China, I got used to it and now I can't live anywhere else than here. I am a drummer, and with this skill I got many concerts all over the country and finally now I opened a school of art here in Beijing (Pekin).

I do believe that CS spirit is something great, that really can allow a visitor to understand the place he/she is visiting thanks to locals knowledge. More pratically I also often go to Couch Surfers meeting that are pretty funny and people are awesome, so having finally the opportunity to have enough space to make the host pretty comfortable I applied to it

My interests are different, on top of that of course there are music and art. I also like to speak about countries, about their organization, their population, politic etc. traveling is an other, but i do believe that mentionate it here is silly

About music, that makes me breath, I love mostly rock music, metal, and a lot of japanese visual kei bands. But I also like a lot of different kinds of, but i dont like so much dance music. I love comedy, and also funny ones....don't like at all action movies...about books I mostly like politic ones

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

it should be like, my brother did xP....my brother is a musician quiet famous, and when we were in the beginning, thanks to myspace we did a base of fans all over the world, but mostly in Europe, East Europe, Japan and South America....so when I was just 18 I went with his band to his Moscow and Tokyo concert....being everything organized from our bedroom is a kind of amazing thing we've done together.

I can teach of course drum, and Italian as well... I am learning Chinese in the best way, no books, just speak, live, work everyday using only Chinese. About share as I said, having a school of art, there are several teachers of different arts ( painting, violin, guitar, sculpture etc) with whom we created an international atmosphere of sharing knowledge of whatever art.

Well, first of all a good knowledge of China, its people, menthality, places, fun. After also my Italian culture, that being grow up all over Italy, it is very standard, without too big regional influences. In the end, a comfortable place to be hosted, because my host can stay in our school of art which was originally made as a normal apartment, with all the utilities and also a lot of fun with art teachers.
