About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...To be found out.

ABOUT ME

Recently, I have been a vagabond, a traveller and a pilgrim. I devise and perform theatre, enjoy walking and reading about politics, history and art. I play the guitar, enjoy cooking and, of course, meeting new people and seeing new places.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is great and wonderful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted people and have been hosted by people, however, a lot of this was through others profiles. So probably I have participated in CouchSurfing since 2010 however I only created my profile in 2014. So now I can undertake solo adventures!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Here are some references from people I have co-hosted:

Liesbeth Cuypers expressed 'Sam and his friends reallys showed us the best of times [...] We went to the beach, played viking chess, discovered the local bars, ate fish and chips and stayed up drinking and talking. In short: everything you want and more from your couchsurfing-host!'

I've been hosted with Moss Green, here is her profile:

This is what people have said about us:
'Really nice couple! Friendly and talkative guys! They also cooked really well!'

'They were really nice and impressively quiet. I think they enjoyed Belgian beers and waffles and Moss and Alfie brought me scones!'

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently reading 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' - by Hemingway.

I have just finished watching The Walking Dead, really helped me learn Spanish. Words like 'Corre!' - Run! or 'Sobrevivir' - To survive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014 I have walked around 3000 kilometres. First walk was London to Warsaw. Then Moss and I walked the Camino de Santiago - Santander to Finesterra.

I've been to China and America with plans to visit South America soon!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn to speak Spanish fluently, takes time!

I would like to share, and co-experience a drift through your city.
